Very Delicious and Not Overpowering. - Edit
I thought the pizzas were flavourful and delicious. The crust had a nice crisp to it and I must say the sourdough is much better than the more bread-like crusts of other pizzas with that nice chewy stretchy texture. Very nice crust, although I'm a Whole-Food eater, and would of course prefer a whole-grain flour to be used, this did have good flavour due to the sourdough, but I generally find white-flour to be very low in flavour compared to whole-grain flour. Their house-made cashew-cheese was surprisingly good; I like how their pizzas aren't overflowing with toppings, as the real star of the show is the crust, after-all. I also like how they focus on pizza and don't distract customers with all kinds of different side-dishes. There's pizza, and salad. That's it. I like that. Ah, I forgot to ask if the gluten-free crust is also sourdough, but I imagine it is not; I imaging it's something they buy and keep in their freezer for when customers ask for it, but at least it's an option. Speaking of options, there are other menu items which are vegan but not specifically labelled as vegan, such as the garlic crust, and I think the salads are not vegan, but I forgot to ask, certainly they can make a vegan salad, so why not have one vegan salad menu item (labelled as such) and one non-vegan salad on the menu? Or better yet, make all the salads vegan, and if anyone want to, then can pay extra to have them unveganized; make people pay to eat more unhealthy. The prices were, well, the prices in every restaurant these days is absolutely outrageous as inflation has skyrocketed, but compared to other pizza places, I'd say moderately priced. Check this place out, it was good.
