Great Little Shop - Edit
This is a great little shop that sells a wide range of organic and health food products. Also some not as healthy items such as chocolate and vegan marshmallows!! It has chilled and frozen items too. The shop stocks a lot of vegan products and Steve, the owner, is happy to source products if you let him know what you are after. They also offer a delivery service and an organic box scheme. If you are a member of the Vegan Society you get 10% off too! Would definitely recommend a visit if you are in Rugby. The only reason for the 4 rating rather than 5 is that they also sell frozen organic meat.

great shop for vegetarians and vegans in rugby town centre, only one i know of its kind local dedicated to the cause.

I love this shop. It has a wide variety of wonderful organic ethical wholefoods, chilled items, herbs, flours, fresh produce ... everything you could want. Usual and unusual.
The owner is really helpful and knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding - ordering in an item and ringing me when its in stock.
Some items are cheaper than I've found anywhere else which means I buy more at one time ... win-win situation! THANK YOU. ((~*~))
