Sunday brunch

Stopped for Sunday brunch with a tofu scramble and mushroom cheesesteak. Potatoes are good and drinks too!
Few completely vegan options, but the ability to make things vegan easily. All omelets can be a tofu scramble and they have vegan cheese for whatever you want.
It was the brunch menu only.

Pros: Flavor, Tofu options, Portion

Cons: Price

Consistently disappointing

They don't often have vegan options except during restaurant week, and the handful of meals that I've had here were not good. For example, the tofu scramble brunch option was disgusting. It has almost no seasoning other than way too much turmeric, and the tofu was in big chunks, not scrambled. Wouldn't choose this over the many great vegan friendly spots in the area.

Cons: Bad quality , Inconsistent availability

Lots of delicious choices

We came here prior to our theater date and loved what we ate. The portions are huge. The service great. I had the “cheez steak” sandwich that was amazing. My Daniel had the Tofu Vindaloo which he said was spicy. The restaurant itself is what I would call “cool casual.”

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Street parking, Attentive staff

Little Options

Unless it’s vegan restaurant week they really don’t have a lot of vegan options. Last time I went I got two appetizers, one of which was the brussel sprouts with honey which I know a lot of vegans wouldn’t eat (knocking odd even more options!). It’s also pretty pricey. Worth it during vegan restaurant week but not really the rest of the year!

A little pricey but overall pretty good

My partner and I went to Wicked Sisters during covid, but they are currently seating inside/outside at limited capacity. Atmosphere is somewhere between rustic (lighting for example) and modern.

I got a gin mule and it was very good and a mix between sweet and stiff.

I had read the menu previously and I knew that I wanted the beyond vegan bowl, particularly for the vegan cojita cheese and the stuffed jalapeños. But sadly I was only given one stuffed jalapeño :/. But it was really good otherwise and a decent portion

My partner got the Tofudan dan noodles. Which I really enjoyed since I tried some of it and she did it as well but she did say that as a person who has had traditional Dandan noodles that the ones at wicked sisters are more like spicy lo Mein than traditional dan dan

Pros: Some interesting vegan options , Good drinks , Vegan options are clearly labeled

Cons: Pricey , Could have more options

Excellent Service, Good Food

Went during vegan restaurant week and everything was pretty delicious. Was very difficult to choose between the options they had.

We tried the following: apple butternut squash soup (on their regular menu - was amazing), edamame hummus (listed on their regular menu as vegan, but the waitress informed me the pita has milk in it, so I skipped that), citrus almond salad, Vietnamese bowl with Beyond meatballs, paella, and a lemon Bundt cake (forgot to get a pic of this which is a travesty because it was the most delicious thing we ate). But honestly, everything on the restaurant week menu looked amazing. They also had a Thai soup, crab cake crepe, sloppy joe, and the desserts all sounded great. Didn't go for lunch or brunch, but those options were also mouth-watering.

Our waitress was also just kick ass good, so that made it a pleasant experience. The prices are on the high side and their regular menu doesn't have a lot of vegan options at all, but it's definitely worth checking out for vegan restaurant week.

Go during MD Vegan week

I’m always amazed at their creations during MD vegan week four weeks a year. Everything is delicious and sells out fast. But, year round their nourish bowl is tasty and revitalizing.

Pros: Great food, Outdoor seating, Vegan week specials

Cons: Could use more regular options , Can be pricey
