Must try Italian, good for date night! - Edit
Went to a wine dinner at Why Not? Italian and honestly, it was amazing 🍷. The food was absolutely delicious — pasta with chewy with rich sauce. The atmosphere was cozy and paired perfectly with the wine. I went there on a date and it made the evening even more special — my date loved it very much, which made me enjoy it even more. The price isn’t cheap, but totally worth it.

Perfect place for date night - Edit
If you want to go to a more of a fancy place in Chiang Mai, this is the place to go. Of course you can see that in the prices too but it is completely justified. The quality of the food was incredible and the staff so kind, welcoming and accommodating.

I chose the vegan pizza which comes with 3 free ingredients. You can expect a big pizza which tastes fresh and flavorful and the vegan cheese is just amazing.
For those prices it's more of a one time experience but if I was not a poor traveler I would have come more often.

Great pizza and salad - Edit
It's a nice place, although they serve many and mostly meaty dishes. Everything felt a bit too serious though. I guess that's dependant on personal preference, they definitely know how to run an "upper-class" restaurant. It's quite pricey as well due to that. Still, overall a nice place with great food.

The vegan pesto with pasta was good. Al dente pasta and not too salty. There’s also a vegan pizza on the menu which I will try next time.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years as I know that the pizzas are vegan if you order without cheese and they are helpful about it. You can create your own vegan pizza by choosing from the list of many vegetable toppings.
Read moreAfter enquiring recently I was delighted to discover they now have vegan cheese! The owner told me himself it is imported from Italy. Tastes pretty good too! Currently, you need to ask for it as it isn't shown on the menu but he told me it is the pipeline as well as more vegan dishes.
Pasta dishes can be made vegan and I believe they also have some vegan gelato (ask.)
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and makes a good place for a special night out. It is large, with an inside air-con area and a large garden space with table seating.
