Cute coffee shop in a vegan desert

This local coffee shop was cute and cozy. It seems to be a local institution as there were many regulars in when I visited, and they were all very friendly asking where I was from and why I was visiting. The coffee itself was very good. They have a rotating drip coffee option as well as espresso, lattes, and other specialty drinks. There didn't seem to be many other vegan options around in this town, so I was happy they had nondairy milk options
