Located in the center of uptown Tokyo, MinamiAoyama, 2 minute walk from Nogizaka station. It is the 4 level floor house with a yoga studio, aromatherapy salon, school, lounge and bar, cafe, and organic shop. There is the table outside terrace in the quiet back street, plus 18 seats at the cafe on the 1st floor, and 21 seats at the lounge on the 2nd floor. The menu is provided with aromatherapy where the food is with essential oils to aid one's physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Operating since July 2010. Address: 東京都港区南青山1-22-5 乃木坂駅5番出口右折歩行徒歩2分. JUNE 2014 REPORTED SHUT AND ANOTHER CENTER WITH CAFE TO OPEN IN SUMMER 2014.

Worth a visit! - Edit
The whole centre has a lovely energy. The cafe has a great selection of delicious wholesome food and drink, there is also a small shop selling some health food goods. The yoga classes are great too and can be given with english instruction when you ask.
Pros: lovely energy, great range of services, english speaking options

This place is worth the train ride, though! Great atmosphere and creative menu. It's so much more than a restaurant...so much more than a meal!
Important fact: In addition to being completely vegetarian, Argutha offers SEVERAL vegan AND gluten-free options! :)
Pros: healthy, relaxed, great staff
Cons: some items priced high
