great shop - Edit

a great wee health food shop found in an indoor market.
you will find most things you need with a fridge and. freezer for sheese and mheat.
owners are well versed in their customers needs and answer questions without blinking. it's only downside is it size, not a criticism but it could be even better in a bigger shop.

Pros: owners, vegan goods

A Hole in One - Edit

Astonishing selection of vegan food products in Carlisle indoor market. Coolers very healthily stocked with many varieties of marinated tofu, cheeses and faux meats. Big range of dairy free milk items and vegan confectionery. Everything for the ethical and sustainable household. I just wish I had the room to take stuff back home on the train.

Pros: vegan selection, unusual items, friendly

Fantastic - Edit

Ran by lovely owners. Has large selection of eco friendly household products alongside an excellent array of vegetarian and vegan friendly products. Often find local goodies (Cumbrian honey is amazing)
If product wanted is unavailable, I've always been pointed in the right direction, or is been ordered in for me.

Pros: Reasonable Price, Good Selection, Helpful Owners

Cons: Market Opening Hours

Top-notch - Edit

Excellent range of products (chilled, frozen, household and groceries) and very friendly staff. They have some hard-to-find items like xylitol, vegan cream cheese, edamame etc. The only vague downside is that this is a market stall so is nowhere near a car park.
