Don't have a "Contact Us" site, if you don't intend to reply - Edit
I am a client of the Toowong store. In the later part of last year, I filled in the "Contact Us" field, to provide highly positive feedback on one of the store's pharmacists. The "Contact Us" site says that "we'd love to hear from you and we'll get back to you shortly. That is the complete opposite of my experience. When I visited the Pharmacy, earlier this year, I discovered that the pharmacist had not been advised of my feedback. I used the "Contact us' site again to reflect my disappointment that the positive comments had not been passed on. Still no response. I have now phoned the number with which I was provided in order to pursue my concerns, three times, and have not had any call returned. This is despite describing in each call why I was phoning and how disappointed I was that staff were not being provided with positive feedback. While the Toowong in store staff provide great service, I am deeply concerned at how the office staff of this company treat clients and staff, in my experience.

Combination pharmacy, supplements shop and healthfood store (not fresh produce). Packaged, chilled, canned products, chocolate and snacks. I bought vegan mayo made in Australia (Vegenaise also available), snack bars, etc.
