So healthy and yummy! - Edit
I got the tofu scramble with rice and the Mayan bowl. The tofu scramble was a little salty on its own (I find a lot of things salty) but mixed with rice I though it was yummy and hearty and satisfying. I really liked the Mayan Bowl, tasted very fresh and healthy and it wasn’t very sweet which I like. I just finished my meal and I feel nourished and hydrated and not heavy at all.

Good soup - Edit
Open at 8:00am on Sunday when many places are closed. The Chunky Pot Pie Soup was excellent. Just what I needed in the single-digit temps in Boulder today.

Needs improvement - Edit
This is my experience at the 29th St store.
Read moreThe Earthy-Crunchy theme or concept fits me but I doubt I'll go back. Staff was indifferent and the music was way too LOUD. But the worst was the avocado toast. Soggy. Nearly no avocado. The meal was bland and no salt to be found (see 'indifferent' comment above). I paid extra $$ to get an average hot sauce, which helped.

Intense - Edit
The Post Workout shot is intense! I really love citrus and ginger too. The matcha protein bites were great too.

Great brunch spot - Edit
Cool venue with good vibes. Clearly labeled vegan options, and no dairy or meat. Reasonable prices for portion sizes. Love the chickpea fritters! Very slow food though, would recommend ordering ahead of time.

Lots of vegan options! A little pricey. - Edit
I got the “I like you matcha” smoothie. It was pretty good, lacked a bit of flavor but other than that it was pretty good! I thought it was filling.

Food great, service slow - Edit
Love the vegan breakfast sandwich and tofu scramble. Super frustrating how long it took for me to get one sandwich at 10 am on a Wednesday morning with one person ahead of me in line. I waited 20 minutes. This was at the Pearl location. I’ve never had this problem at the 29th st location.

Love "Whole Sol Wednesdays" - Edit
They have great deals every Wednesday if you download their app. I signed up a few weeks ago and they've had promotions like 1/2 off smoothie bowls and $3 lattes.

Meh - Edit
Tons of options for vegan breakfasts, from smoothie bowls to toasts and sandwiches. This place is super expensive, like $10-$15 for a smoothie which I didn’t think was justified. The smoothies were okay, we also got the white truffle avocado toast which was interesting. I don’t know if I would ever go back.

Great vegan options - Edit
I liked that there were many vegan options including some vegan hot breakfast food. The tofu scramble was good but some better hot sauce options would have made it even better, we did not like the truffle hot sauce. The celery juice and the glacier one were super yummy and the bottle you get to keep are so cute!

Tasty post-run spot - Edit
A good stop after a trail run or hike in Boulder when I am looking for healthy options. Cold pressed juice (pre made) and smoothie bowls. They also have toasts and oatmeal that look good too.

Overpriced - Edit
Tofu scramble was served way too heavy on turmeric, but it came out hot. Portion size on the small side. Overpriced but not outrageous for Pearl Street.
