Fabulous Rice Bowl - Edit
In town for work and we went here for lunch, for a Vegan visiting Omaha with a number of non-vegan coworkers, this was a great option. I had the Tofu Satay Rice bowl with brown rice. Delish! The veggies were amazing and I'm glad I was able to get an influx of vegetables. I would definitely go again.
Pros: Great Variety, Reasonably Priced Bowl - not from Buffet
Cons: Buffet Price Seemed High
