Mediocre market - Edit
If you’ve been to one Whole Foods Market, you’ve been to all of them, but, there are still differences. This one was one that I noticed was different but not in the best way. I went here looking for some fast food from the salad and hot food bars, but I was disappointed. There were not as many choices as I am used to seeing. Also, some of the greens in the salad bar looked wilted. The options in general were few (other than raw salad fixings) for vegans.
Read moreHowever, after that, I found all that I expected like flax milk, coconut yogurt, vegan snacks like nuts and dried fruit, and fresh fruit and veggies.
The door close to the restaurant is strange- it is one door so... you have to wait for people to leave or they have to wait for you to enter.
Anyhow, expect staples to be found here. You’ll be fine.
Pros: Staples, Bulk options, Vegan ‘dairy’
Cons: Hot bar not as vegan friendly, Needs fresher salad bar

Slowly but surely introducing vegan stuff - Edit
Whole Foods in Nashua is great, it’s my go to! Though vegan options are limited but everytime I go there’s a new vegan option on the shelf. They carry tofu, tempeh, beyond burgers, crumbles, etc. all processed typical vegan foods like gardian. They have a dairy free section with yogurt, cheeses, sour creams, etc. your best bet is to stick with the plant based Whole Foods from the produce and the bulk section though. They always have fresh vegan pizza at the pizza bar, one vegan salad option usually and my favorite- fried yucca! Salad bar is usually on point just get there early so it’s fresh, usually have tofu but it’s never fresh.
