Beyond Burger - Edit
Love being able to grab a vegan burger here! (Side note: they have been closed so far during the pandemic but I can’t wait for them to reopen)

Not all vegan, used to be better - Edit
Pre-Amazon the food was better. It’s still a good salad bar, but the vegan options are less. They have very uninspired pizzas, Beyond burgers and salads. Still, a nice place to get a variety.

There is a dedicated vegan bar at this location. I believe that is what this listing is referring to.
Read moreThat said, last time I was there (about two weeks ago), I noticed the mayo packets sitting at the end of the bar are not vegan. I informed them.

Not entirely vegan. Mostly gmo options for their food court. - Edit
Whole Foods continues to let the customer down from mostly gmo options in their food court to a ton of gluten dairy and gmo soy use (this is a known endocrine disruptor). Also know the profits aren’t staying local but going to support Bayer corporation (formerly Monsanto) shows how dangerous green washing a brand has become. This is always my last choice for prepared food

Nice Vegan Options - Edit
There is a vegan stand however their options are more limited. They no longer serve breakfast such as pancakes or take orders.
Read moreThere are breakfast sandwiches and burritos near the stand that are grab and go. They were reasonably priced. I believe breakfast ends at 11am. There didn't seem to be many breakfast vegan options in the area.
The items on their menu are decent. The individual making the meals was nice however seemed undertrained. They put spicey mayo (like for the chicken sandwich) on my fish sandwich instead of tartar sauce.
We also found vegan mac n cheese, vegan pizza and several other options including a large selection of Indian dishes that appear to be accidentally vegan.
The vegan mac n cheese was actually one of the best we've had.
Near the restrooms there is a special Mothers Room for lactating mothers.
Pros: Most vegan options for a whole foods
Cons: No longer offer made to order breakfast vegan food

Best Beyond Burger Ever! - Edit
This is the place I had my first beyond burger and it's delicious! Every time I'm in town, I make sure to come here. The burger here is so much better than the beyond burger that they have out there now. Bonus is that it's in a Wholefoods that has a buffet of vegan choices to die for.

Best Whole Foods! - Edit
There are so many vegan options at this Whole Foods. Something for everyone. GREAT coffee, teas and matcha lattes. An entire section for vegan sandwiches and I've even seen vegan pizzas in the already made pizza section. Donuts, cookies and grab and go desserts in the bakery and refrigerated section. Great place to go for Sunday breakfast with the family so every one can have what they want.

Vegan burger's and more - Edit
I've stopped here a few times and here is what you need to know. It will take at least 10 minutes to get your food, so Go to the Beyond Burger stand FIRST thing when you go to Whole Foods. Then go do whatever shopping you need to do in the store. They'll give you a order receipt to take to the cashiers to pay, so you need to do that before you pick up your food anyways.
Read moreThe pancakes have been inconsistent, but last time they were excellent. The Beyond Sausage is good, but I don't know what all the hype is about. I love the pretzel bun it's served with though!
My favorite item to order though is the Breakfast Burrito. Its made w/ Beyond sausage crumbles, Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg, and some greens. For $5.99 it is cheap, filling and full of flavor. Maybe a little too meaty, but I know its vegan so I don't let that bother me. They sell a vegan Breakfast Burrito on the hot bar, don't get that! It's not the same!
Pros: all options are vegan, Breakfast Burrito
Cons: be prepared to wait for your food.

Really tasty - Edit
I had heard so much about the Beyond Burger that I was curious to give it a try even though I've never really been very fond of burgers. I will say that it did taste very good, and the fact that the whole menu was vegan was exciting! Service did take a little while but I went to do my shopping and when I came back it was ready. The ambience isn't the greatest but it is worth a visit.

Good Vegan options - Edit
I've tried the Beyond Meat burger, fresh cut French fries, "fish"sandwich and vegan pancakes on previous visits. Friends dining with me have also had the breakfast burrito with Follow Your Heart eggs. The food here is pretty tasty but not the healthiest stuff. The fish sandwich is made with a fried Gardein fishless fillet that is the best "cod"fillet ever even better than real fish and it comes with a slice of chipotle vegan cheese and tartar sauce. The beyond meat burgers are tasty too, but the pink raw/rare look is so realistic and off-putting to me I couldn't finish it. Does it taste like a real burger? Yes...a little too much. Ditto for the Follow Your Heart egg dishes; too realistic and it grossed me out. The veggies like lettuce, tomatoes and onion for the sandwiches is all top notch.
Read moreThe pancake breakfast is just so so... the grill cooks (even when not super busy) just can't seem to cook a pancake and several times now they've been out of the fruit compote that come with it.
Pros: lots of vegan options, fishless "fillet"sandwich is the bomb
Cons: expensive and nothing includes fries, greasy/fried food, dud pancakes

Amazing burgers and delicious tots! - Edit
I love these burgers and tots, and so does my omnivore husband. I know some vegans don't understand the craze over really good meat substitutes, but as a relatively new vegan, they've helped me to satisfy some cravings without reverting to any animal products. I also like supporting "fake meat" companies, because they're working to make plant-based substitutes as appealing as possible to meat-eaters. The Beyond Burger is just utterly delicious, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I will drive 40 minutes to Boulder just to get it - it's that fantastic. Can't wait until the company launches the burger in more locations!!
