Good portions

We got the beyond burger and the sesame salad with added tofu. Tofu was $5 extra but it’s a big slab. Preferred the burger. Fries were good (I never say no to any fries), but they didn’t blow my mind or anything. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Pros: Portions, Seating, Beyond burger

Cons: A little slow, Salad was just OK

Local institution by Mono Lake and Yosemite

They offer a beyond burger, an "asian" salad with sesame dressing and a generous portion of tofu, and really dank fries. Portions are huge. Nice stop as you're exploring the area; attached to a Mobil station with a solid souvenir shop.

Pros: Quality preparation, Local institution, Fast service

Exceeded expectations

For a "gas station" diner, the food is remarkable tasty. Beyond Meat burger was good, and the potato salad is really good. (vegetarian, not vegan). They have chili cheese fries you can top with vegetarian chili! The fries are crispy, season fries. My son got a "side" garden salad and it was actually mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, slaw, mangoes, and a raspberry vinaigrette. Beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Bring a jacket, you wanna sit outside. Attached to a functioning gas station. RV parking and dump station.
