Great find! - Edit
Friendly staff and many vegan sweet and savory pastries, including muffins and cookies. The vegan mushroom quinoa roll is flakey, buttery, and delicious! There are a variety of plant milk options to sub in your coffee, tea, or matcha.

Best cafe for vegans in Banff - Edit
Whitebark is attached to the Banff Aspen Lodge so if you’re staying there def go and visit.
Read moreHuge lounge space inside and out on the patio. If you’re looking for a workspace the ledge opposite the cash has outlets.
Lots of vegan options savoury and sweet! Grabbed an oat milk cappuccino, blueberry muffin and piece of coffee cake.
The cappuccino was amazing!! 1$ up charge for v milk, probably the best price in Banff. The coffee cake and blueberry muffin were good as well, if I had to be picky both of them were too sugary and lacked either blueberry or coffee flavour.
I overheard the staff say the prices were gonna go up soon and probs cause the ski season is coming. But definitely very cheap in the off season even for Banff.
Pros: Prices in the off season , Lots of vegan options, Lots of seating
Cons: Too much sugar in baked goods not enough flavour

Best coffee in Banff - Edit
Came here every day during our stay in Banff. Massive queues everyday but understandable as it’s the best coffee in Banff. Lots of vegan sweet treat options that change daily, like muffins, cookies and cakes.

Best oat flat white in town. Also have great vegan sausage rolls (made with quinoa I think). Definitely worth stopping!

Love this place - Edit
Whenever we have walked past this place, it has always been busy. We stopped in on our last day in Banff and it didn’t let us down. I had the Vegan Quinoa and Mushroom roll which was excellent. My wife had the blueberry muffin which I may have had to sneak a bit of as well. Would recommend

Delicious Muffins - Edit
I was super excited to go here and they did not disappoint. I got a banana chocolate chip cookie, a blueberry muffin, and a chai latte with oat milk. Probably the best chai I've had and my brother said their chocolate milk was also delicious. the cookie was nice and chewy but not too sweet and the blueberry muffin was moist and squishy with huge blueberries.

Good choice for a vegan coffee shop! - Edit
I tried a few of the coffee shops in the area that offered vegan options. These guys were the best. I get the feeling that the items change pretty often. There was a savory pastry with some kind of quinoa filling inside a flaky crust which they heated up to serve. It was perfectly delicious for a fair price. Also got a banana chocolate chip cookie which hit the spot. Free WiFi, places to plug in the laptop, and the coffee was good too!

Excellent Coffee - Edit
There were so many vegan options to choose from and lots were baked in house. I had a muffin with banana and mango in it! It all looked wonderful. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They filled a 2L thermos for me for our road trip.

Good breakfast, good conversations - Edit
I got myself a large latte, a gluten-free muffin and the spinach-tofu pastry. I paid a total of 16 CAD without tips.
Read moreI really liked the latte and muffin. The pastry, however, was not really worth it in my opinion since there was only a tiny tiny bit of stuffing.
Had a really nice chat with a local, who said that they have the best coffee in town in his opinion.
They also have a nice terrace, but I feel like their concept could be improved by table service for those who want to sit down, particularly outside.
Pros: Nice terrace, Good coffee and muffin
Cons: High extra charge for plantbased milk (1 CAD), No table service when order doesn’t come together
