4 Star Potential if Had Vegan Options Menu

Called & talked to a manager before attending an event here & the manager was very helpful & suggested asking for 1 if you need assistance when ordering. Have eaten here several times & the bruschetta portabella entree is very good. Have to order the Chicken Brushcetta & ask them to swap out for the portabella. I always reiterate no butter/animal oils, or cheese.

They have several options with modifications, but I don't think the portabella is even listed as a swap choice on the menu. I never understand why a restaurant does not just flag these or create a separate Vegeterian & Vegan menu. Lost opportunities it seems. Here's some help -->

French fries or Homemade potato chips (note: may share a fryer)

Dry baked potato, steamed zeggies

Penne Alforno, penne & tomato sauce

Artichoke Linguine minus cheese: tomato, artichoke heart, olive oil, garlic

Penne Diavola -exchange chicken for portabella mushroom: lemon garlic, fresh rosemary, chilis, baby spinach

Chicken Bruschetta entree - exchange chicken for portabella. Dish doesn't list cheese but I reiterate no anyway.

Strawberry Fields Forever salad minus goat cheese (spring greens, red onion, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, w/pomegranate blueberry vinaigrette)

Mixed green salad - cheese

Tuscan Vegetable Pizza -or- Veggie Pizza minus parmesan & mozzarella

Marinated Portabella sandwich - cheese & pesto

Pros: Good food

Cons: Needs to Up Their Menu
