They had 2 dairy-free flavors when we visited. We tried the chocolate, and it was a melty disaster! Dripping everywhere the second they handed it to us at the counter. One of the only options in town, so it was fine, but nothing fantastic.

Like someone put a blackberry smoothie in an ice cream maker. Really very good, strong blackberry flavor. They also had vegan chocolate ice cream but we didn’t taste it.

Oops - chai ice cream not vegan! - Edit
I loved the “vegan” chai ice cream but apparently it has honey in it - boooooooo! The cones aren’t vegan, such a bummer! Oh, and a kid size scoop was very large - in a good way, but I’m glad I didn’t try for a full-size single scoop.

My wife and I (who are both vegan) traveled from Norway to Washington, and we brought my mother in law out on a road trip to Leavenworth! 🚘 They had three vegan options at the time! 🌱 My wife and I shared a cup of ice cream with the flavors chai and moo free (chocolate)! 🍨 Unfortunately it wasn’t the best ice cream. We thought it was a little doughy in flavor. My wife ended up buying sorbet from another place, and I was left alone to finish this one myself! 😞😞

The moo free chocolate ice cream was delicious. It had a base of cashew and coconut and super creamy it almost taste it like fudge. They only have waffle cones so you have to choose a cup if you get your vegan food here. In addition to chocolate they also had chai and mango sorbet as vegan options.

Four handmade vegan flavors - Edit
Our family enjoyed the vegan flavors (indicated with a green dot on the menu), trying three of the four flavors: moo free (chocolate), blackberry sorbet, and PB chocolate. We liked moo free and blackberry the most, while PB chocolate was a bit too sweet. Next time we will try the Chai flavor!

Creamy, rich vegan options - Edit
Staff said vegan options were made using coconut milk and cashew milk. Vegan ice cream options are clearly marked with green dots and words “Moo Free.” During our visit, three options were available including one that a sorbet and two that were traditional “dairy-style” options. We had two half-sized children’s scoop portions in one dish, and that was generous. The Chai flavor had a wonderful cardamom overtone; the peanut butter freckles had a delicate peanut butter accent. Delicious.
