Like a Subway but with vegan protein option

Small sandwich joint, but pleasantly surprised with the taste of the black bean patty (which is the vegan option). It was Chipotle flavored and had an excellent texture. Nice to have a Subway-style place which actually has a juicy vegan protein option instead of just avocado or beans!

Pros: One vegan protein option (black bean patty), Friendly staff, Quick fix

Cons: Could introduce more vegan options, Could add vegan labeling for the dressings too
