Stumbled upon this place kinda randomly since I had a spa session in the area. I had a rice bread sandwich with hummus and a coffee, and it was all sooo good. Happy that all the vegan options were clearly marked on the menu. The two employees were so friendly and welcoming ✨

Great selection of vegan options, though I have always ordered their delicious vegan Thai green curry as a main so far, as I don’t know any other place in Tokyo that offers such a plate.

Such a cute little place. Only had a small meal here since I was saving room. Staff was really friendly, English support available. For fellow tourists: great place to grab a bite before or after the Ghibli Museum! We found the dog!

Clearly marked menus (English and Japanese available). Very tasty refreshing menu I had the taco rice bowl, a side of falafel and then the waffles for dessert.

Staff were friendly and very talkative! Plus the place has a great soundtrack!

My first time at Where is a Dog. I had the vegan rice bowl which was very good! It was very filling and had carbs and protein (soy TVP granulates) and a great assortment of both veggies and fruits. The salad dressing on top was delicious, which is prob the reason I will return.
Read moreAll guests get a light tea water (although there is an extensive drink menu) and for dessert I had the vegan waffle plate, which was good. The waffles were gluten free, so if you are used to "regular" waffles, the taste is a bit different, but not bad. Food presentation was lovely too and staff were attentive and nice. All safety measures during Covid-19 were appropriate and good.
My friend found the dog, but we are not allowed to reveal where. :-)

I found the dog! This cozy cafe is decorated with loads of cat pictures. Offers nice tea specialities, lunch, dinner, sandwiches and deserts - I tried the curry noodles (you get to pick a type of noodle) and a brownie - both were very yummy. Staff was really lovely too.

Read moreThe upset was, that my partner and I ordred the same dish, which could be made vegan, where I got the vegan one and she got the same with chicken and cheese. The difference between the dishes was, they just didn't put chicken and cheese in my dish otherwise it was exactly the same - and so was the price...

I really loved the ambiance, and the people working there are very nice, patient, and helpful (my Japanese is awful xD). I quite enjoyed the asian curry I ordered and the 3 set menu items (although they were very small portions).

This place is regented by a charming couple that looks after their customers well. The menu had multiple choices for vegan and vegetarians and it was all gluten free, including the beer! It was not in a neighbourhood we were visiting but it was definitely worth the trip to get a good dinner

This place is so great - the food is healthy, homemade and always delicious. They have a lunch and dinner menu consisting of a rice bowl, Thai curry, vegan plate etc. I get the rice bowl every time because it’s so good and beautifully presented. They also have a dessert menu including vegan waffles and pancakes which I am yet to try! The place is also so cute and seems like it’s family-run - the owners are always so friendly. This is a great place to go with omni friends as they will love it too. I highly recommend!

Love this place! Great ambiance, very tasty food, a good amount of options, and friendly staff (I didn't try speaking with them in English, so not sure if they can, but the menu has lots of English). We had the Asian Curry Pasta set, which was delicious. The waffle with fruit and whipped cream was very good, too. They have perhaps 100 cat photos, books, and statues, and only one dog, who you can search for (very fun). I found him!
