Amsterdam-based company manufacturing seitan. Sells warm seitan-based lunch - like burgers, satay, and pita bulgogi - and prepackaged seitan products to take home. Every second Saturday of the month at the Rotterdam Oogst Market and every last Sunday of the month at the Pure Market in Amsterdam. Pickup for prepackaged goods is available on weekdays at the kitchen (Gyroscoopweg 23a, 1042 AC Amsterdam). Open Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00, Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun 11:00-18:00.

Delicious seitan 🌱 - Edit
I’ve seen their food truck at several markets now and always had their amazing seitan sate sticks with peanut sauce 🥜 The seitan has a great texture and is well flavored. I finally also bought some of their frozen seitan and made it at home, it’s just as good!
