This cafe has changed owners recently and is no longer vegetarian, however they do offer vegan options.
Read moreThere are very few options in this small town, for breakfast especially, so was grateful they still had vegan options.
I had Avocado on sourdough with dukkah which was tasty but on the small side.
My omni friends liked what they ordered.
Non dairy options for coffee is oat or almond- no soy or coconut available.
Nice little courtyard out the back and seats at the front for doggies

Nice vegetarian cafe with several vegan options. Menu & cabinet food. Outdoor courtyard area and open early. They are located next to the supermarket.

Spent the night in Coromandel, been struggling a little bit to find vegan food in Auckland and was pleasantly surprised to find this place after driving 2.5 hours!!! Friendly staff, considerate of dietary choices (asked about honey etc.) and delicious food!

Truly delicious coffee. Cold press with soy milk was divine but they nailed the hot drinks we had there too. Almond chai latte, almond ginger latte and soy decaf latte were all excellent. Vegan options indicated on the menu and sound great although we didn't quite make in for lunch.

Ask for the separate vegan menu. The staff is very friendly, food is yummy. They have a toilet in the backyard and free wifi.

Delighted to find a vege cafe out on the coromandel! Menu looks fantastic! We just stopped by for a coffee and a snack so got the potato rosti. It was decent 👌🏻

Really enjoyed my meal which was a cajun cornbread over humous with red cabbage, really tasty my partner had a big breakfast which looked good too. Such a treat to have so many choices.

Visited today and although the main menu was fairly heavily cheese-based, there were 2 vegan options on there. When I asked staff about vegan options they actually had another menu behind the bar of a further 6 - 7 strictly vegan meals that they do.
Read moreHad a really good meal and the restaurant was super nice, but there were no vegan desserts. However I was told that a new menu begins tomorrow which has vegan desserts. I suspect if I had visited tomorrow then I would have given this place 5 stars
