Limited but tasty vegan choices - Edit
A big vegan sandwich, vegan roll and a salad box kept us going on our walk and wander in and around St David’s. Not a huge vegan choice but what they have is tasty. They also sell vegan Welsh cakes.
Read moreThe shop also sells fruit , veg and some good quality vegan staples (like Suma beans) and local seasonings using seaweed so a good place to pick up cooking ingredients.
Note: If you want to know vegan options ask the female staff who were all welcoming and helpful. The man at the front of the shop is grumpy and dismissive and told us there were no vegan options in the salsa (they were all vegan!). We would have left without buying lunch if we’d listened to him!

New great café - Edit
We didn't expect to find anything in st davids and suddenly there it was. The coffee shop had great toasts with hummus and even a vegan brownie. In the little shop you can also buy a few things like the hummus for your journey.
