Highly Recommend! - Edit
Went last night and had a wonderful experience. While it is quite pricey, I wouldn’t say it’s overpriced. Everything they make is carefully crafted and delicious. I highly recommend the Hickory Sour cocktail (which uses aquafaba instead of egg whites!) and is probably the best cocktail I have ever had. The tempura shiitakes, cala, and carrot bao buns were all phenomenal. Menu is clearly marked with vegan items and both the service and atmosphere were top notch. I only wish I had room to try dessert!

Great vegan options! - Edit
West Main Crafting Co is a craft cocktail bar (21+) with chefs in the kitchen until close, 7 nights a week. The "company standards" part of the menu includes excellent vegan items that are always available like tempura shiitakes with green strawberry kosho, and grilled carrot sweet soy bao buns. There is also a "crafting" menu that includes more seasonal offerings. Knowledgeable servers are helpful with any specific concerns or recommendations.
