Banh Mi was very plain and weird vegan meat..

I had a vegan Banh Mi which was very plain. The vegan meat tasted very soft, funny and very salty. I almost couldn't finish the whole thing..
Partner order a vegan pho which he said was okay and it had very little vegetables.
