Great Ambiance and Food - Edit
I really enjoyed the ambiance and food at Wendy's. The chips and salsa were super fresh and yummy. I also had the cabbage roles which I thought would just be good, they were delicious! Highly recommend.

Changed menu! But delicious - Edit
The vegetable burrito is not on their menu anymore, but I asked about it and they made it for me anyway without any hesitation, which was very nice😄burrito was really good!

Local recommendation - Edit
We asked a local lady for a good place to eat vegetarian food and she recommended Wendy's. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner is more expensive than the lunch, because around lunch time they have special offers. However, the daily special is never vegetarian not to mention vegan.
Read moreThey have burgers, wraps and fijatas. Despite it I ordered a dinner menue (24 B$). It is not vegan only vegetarian. I had breaded zuccinis and eggplants with tomato salsa, baked with cheese. I liked it a lot and it was actually really really filling even it does not come with any sides. They service is really friendly.
They have two seeweed shakes, one with seeweed peanut butter and one with tropical fruits. The waitress told us they contain alcohol but we didnt tast it at all. Also she said it is possible to adjust it and leave the alcohol out. Since the people in Placencia all swear how healthy it is I tried the tropical one. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture 🤣

Not really creole but good! - Edit
Wanted to try a more Creole type dish but the options we had ran the cuisine gamut and were plentiful. Think they had four or five vegan options. My friend and I shared the veggie chow mein and cabbage rolls (these were my fave!). Right in the heart of Placencia, friendly staff just like everywhere else in Belize.

Tasty vegan options if only a few - Edit
We tried the veggie chow mein and veggie stew and thought they were both delicious. Not many options to choose from on the menu though
