Best vegan sushi to date

Just. Incredible. Vegan. Sushi!!!
This is the real thing, everyone. We are yet to find vegan sushi this good, at least in the US. The search continues…

Pros: Fully vegan , Authentic Japanese , Utterly delicious

So delicious!

This small take-out place serves up utterly delicious vegan sushi. I will be back many times to try all the other dishes, including the ramen. If you are in the Denver area, you must try their food!

This place is amazing!

I had heard good things about this place and finally took the time to order and try them. I was absolutely blown away. The flavor was great, the price was very fair, and the people were friendly. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Completely vegan!, Lots of choices (sushi, ramen, etc.), Very reasonable prices for what you get!

Krunchy krab yum

I got the krunchy krab roll for my first meal at wellness sushi, and it was out of this world. I couldn’t believe I was eating vegan sushi, but of course it didn’t have that gross fishy taste of death. I will be back 1000 more times to try everything on the menu

Vegan Japanese Food? Yes Please!

So much more than sushi - they also have delicious onigiri, katsu don, and ramen. This place is part of the Choice market store.

Incredible food

I went there 30min before they close and it was so worthy. One of the best vegan ramens I’ve EVER had. The broth was just PERFECT. Honestly, I could not tell the difference between the vegan and the traditional ramen. I also ordered a tempura “sandwich” that turned out to be amazing. I was really surprised by this small shop. We done!

Pros: Incredible food, Great options

OUT OF THIS WORLD

I love sushi. Even when I just go get me a veggie roll with nothing special to offer, it is one of my favorite meals. But OMG the variety here! They have done such a fantastic job curating their menu. Their customer service is fabulous, and the food is inexplicably good. A must try!

OMG Vegan Sushi

Aaaahhhhmazing! Most sushi places have vegan rolls but they are so basic. Everything here is a step up and all vegan. Also has ramen and bowls but I love sushi! Inside the Choice Market which is also super cute. Not a fancy place but easy stop and go deliciousness.

Pros: Vegan sushi, Variety

Delicious sushi!

I had 2 rolls and that was more than enough for me. The hot flamingo was my favorite- had just the right amount of heat. There isn’t a lot of seating, just 2-2-tops so I got it to go and it was still delicious when I got home. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A little on the pricy side but I’m okay with that for vegan sushi!!!

100% recommended

This place is small but what they lack in size they lack in flavor. We tried multiple sushi rolls, the soup, and the sandwich thing. I also love that there in a market place that you can shop afterwards or while you wait.

Pros: All vegan, SUSHI!!!!!, Parking structure

Cons: Small eating area

fantabulous!

i hesitate to say that this place is amazing and... well... it's pretty flipping fantastic. a few nights ago, we stopped here for dinner and we plan to return tonight. as i walked out from dinner, i was already planning my return. this has quickly moved to near the top of places to dine in denver. i plan to be a regular.

the flavors are fantastic -sooo yummy. i kept thinking "wow. how do they do this?". interestingly, though, i've never previously eaten origiri, i think that i may have enjoyed origiri more than the sushi. don't misunderstand the sushi was terrific. outstanding. we ordered the krunchy krab, fiery philly and hot flamingo rolls. each sushi was outstanding. i honestly could not decide on a favorite roll. that's unusual. the tofu origiri was the bomb.

service was friendly and kind. thank you for kindness. interesting location in grocery store works well. we ordered a salad from the grocery deli and purchased dessert and kombucha from the grocery store.

overall, it's not inexpensive and non-veg sushi is usually not inexpensive. if one finds inexpensive sushi, she may want to pause and reconsider. the grocery store prices are also not inexpensive.

so, overall, a truly outstanding experience. this gets top recommendation

Small but mighty flavors!

Lots of sushi rolls and ramen options. Had the #7 roll, was like a fresh jalapeno popper. Had the #2 ramen which wasn't too spicy but so savory and filling. Everything tasted amazing and looked beautiful. A little pricey but worth it. Place was hard to find; connected to a technologically savvy grocery store. Small little cafe with a counter and two tables. There was more seating in the grocery store.

Pros: Delicious, Lots of options, Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive, Not a lot of seating

INCREDIBLE

I live an hour away but that doesn’t stop me from getting my occasional vegan sushi fix! I was hesitant at first since I had no idea what it would be like but it blew me away! It is inside a little market place so it’s not in it’s own building so seating can be limited

Pros: The best sushi ever

Cons: Limited seating

HOLY MEOW THIS IS THE REAL DEAL

Was traveling through Denver and stopped by this jewel. Probably the first all vegan sushi place I've seen. And WOW. I don't even miss fish when eating here.

Whatever they use in thier rolls is super similar to actual fish. They also have omnipork onigiri. I was kinda freaking out because it tasted so similar to what I remembered it tasting like. It was so yummy! Wish I had a place like this back home 😭

Pros: Completely vegan, Vegan mock fish, Attached to cool market

Cons: Not a sit down type restaurant , Not much seating

Finally plant-based sushi in Denver!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal of sushi rolls comparable to sushi we have enjoyed in Las Vegas and Southern California. Can’t wait to return!

Not your average vegan sushi

The BEST vegan sushi! Delux, unique sushi options. Not to be missed! I used to get their sushi from Nooch market, but I am so excited they have a store front location now!

Great Sushi

The sushi was fantastic, even To-Go. Had all the right resistance to feel like fish, and all the flavor!

The ramen was…off. I don’t have a word for it, but almost a little too fermented/off tasting somehow. Probably would get that again, but everything else seems fantastic!

Hands down the best vegan sushi in town

Hands down for this tiny place! I love me some vegan sushi. They have a huge variety of vegan sushi and we tried 3 different ones: Krunchy Crab Roll, Ebi Tempura Roll, and the Smokey Sake Roll. Also, we had Obi tempura Onigiri. I must say that everything was delicious 🤤. If you are vegan and you are looking for great sushi then this the place is it. They not only have sushi but also Ramen noodles. We are for sure coming back for that.

Pros: Everything is vegan , Delicious , Best sushi in town

Cons: They close at 8 pm
