This was great! Delicious and a great texture made for a wonderful sushi experience. All of the rolls I tried were tasty and had a nice presentation. The reusable bag they came in was also cool. They even managed to get eel right. I would definitely recommend this place.

We LOVE Wellness Sushi! I’ve missed eating sushi since becoming vegetarian/vegan and this place surely delivers and satisfies my cravings! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. I love the onigiris, especially with the vegan spam. Also recommend the Tokyo Drift and Kakiage rolls. Always great service here as well. A !

Delicious sushi - Edit
The sushi was delicious and so flavorful, really interesting ingredients, I did find it expensive but sushi in general is at a price point where it’s more of a treat than a regular thing for me. One of my rolls was wrong but I loved the incorrect roll anyway.

Haven’t had much vegan sushi, but this place is definitely the best I’ve ever had. I got the Krunchy Krab roll, Ebi Tempura Roll, and the Kakiage Supreme Roll. All were amazing.

Found this gem while looking for vegan food near Ball Arena. Everything was delicious, great value for dollar. The location does not have much seating, it’s not really a “dine in experience,” but I don’t care if I’m sitting behind a giant pillar against a wall when the food is that good.

Read moreKevin got the Teriyaki Beef Onigiri because we've never seen a vegan version of this before. Plus, we got to try Omnipork Spam for the first time. It was really good. And I hadn't thought of how Just Egg would be perfect for tamago, but it is.
I got the Hot Flamingo Roll which was one of the few that didn't involve tempura.
Man, I wish I'd had more space so I could've tried their ramen. Next time! This place is perfect for "quick" sushi when you don't want to do the whole fancy restaurant experience.

Finally an all vegan sushi restaurant! I had never been to one before nor had I tried vegan salmon sashimi before but it was so delicious and so fulfilling. I didn’t miss the fish at all. The original onigiri was also delicious, but you can never go wrong with omnipork “spam” and just egg. Looking forward to coming back again some day when I’m in town! The market that it’s in is also very nice!

I stopped by and picked up a couple of rolls. It’s a full on sushi place with only plant based options. It makes a difference because all effort goes into making good sushi, not just throwing together a couple vegan options. Please try this place.

Service was great! Dining area is small. We went on a Saturday outside of the lunch rush hours. Sushi was amazing! Presentation was beautiful and tasted wonderful. You would not even know it was vegan. We will definitely be back and we live south of CO Springs!

My husband and I were so happy to have found this place! We were blown away by how good everything is and how it’s all plant based. I’ve never had real spam or tuna but my husband said everything tasted just like the real stuff and was worried for a second that we misread the menu or something.

It’s pretty cool to be able to have something this delicious instead of a plain avocado/cucumber roll that is usually the option available for us at sushi restaurants. (I love avocado as much as the next person but it can get old only having one option when you eat somewhere)
Please open a location in Colorado Springs someday!! Would eat here every day if we could.

If you're a vegan and a sushi fan in Denver, this place is simply not optional. Every time we're downtown, we have to swing by Wellness Sushi. It's hard to overhype this place: they've got a wide variety of sushi rolls, soul-satisfying ramen, unique and fresh ingredients ranging from shitake mushrooms to mango to eggplant... and it's ALL 100% vegan AND reasonably priced. I also like the fact that this location, which was previously occupied by High Point Creamery (vegan win), is connected to Choice Market, so you can grab a local soda, kombucha, or coffee while you wait for your sushi to come out. Don't hesitate: try this place out ASAP.

Best Onigiri ever!! - Edit
On my first night in Denver I decided to take a nice 30 minute walk to get some vegan sushi. I ordered the KAKIAGE SUPREME ROLL, HOT FLAMINGO ROLL and ORGANIC FRIED TOFU ONIGIRI. The kakiage roll was SO good, I loved the onigiri and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had. The hot flamingo roll was tasty as well but the mock tuna sashimi felt a bit too real to me (although I’ve never had sushi made of fish/ other animals). I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try other menu items. The ramen looked incredible but could only eat so much. Put this on your list of places to try. Note it’s connected to a grocery store so perhaps not the best vibe for a nice dinner but great lunch spot, casual dinner or to-go!

Interesting, fresh and tasty rolls. Everything I’ve ordered is delicious. Only complaint is that the service can be slow as they make everything fresh, but we’ll worth the wait. If you don’t have time to wait, they have pre made rolls at Choice Market and Nooch.

I really liked this place. The sushi was amazing and had a lot of flavor. We tried three of the rolls, and they were all very creative and had well balanced flavors. The staff was really nice. I would say this is a must-stop if you are in Denver. I want to go back!😄
