Totally delicious - Edit
Have had very good and tasty food from the Cafe. Tracey and her crew are very good at what they do. They have sandwiches, smoothies, all kinds of bars for a meal on the run, coffee, tea. They aim to please and do catering also. Check out the energy bites, if there are any left!!

I stopped in here when I was in cape for work. The lady behind the counter couldn’t even tell me if they had vegan options. She starts rummaging through a freezer and finds frozen veggie burger patties. That’s not my idea of a good option. I left with nothing and went somewhere else.

I love the variety of smoothys, breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as a variety of salads for lunch too. I have used their catering for meetings as well and its always a hit. Thank you all!
