Vegetarian Cafe in Kaivokäytävä, close to railway station, with lots of labelled vegan choices. Hot drinks, breakfasts, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, bagels, sweets and pastries. Can also take-away. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm, Sat 10:00am-4:00pm.

Nice and cozy place, good location. Not a lot of options but the food is tasty. Opens early, which is great especially for people who arrive here early, not a lot of places in Helsinki are open at 7am. We were lucky to meet Russian speaking staff here.

this cafe has opened end of 2016 and is located just opposite of the raiway station.
it is relatively small with 3x4 seats and then approximately 12 more single seats at the window; however it is bright and cozy.
they are a veg* cafe with some vegan options, both sweet and savory (e.g. buns, croissants, sandwiches). the coffee is great (And they have both soy and oat milk)
For students of the university of helsinki there is a discount!
really cool place, highly recommendable!
