Interesting flavor combinations! - Edit
Decent sized well-lit eating area, & interesting menu. I wish the portion size was a tiny bit bigger & I’m bummed there’s no vegan option for the yogurt. Otherwise, the variety of flavors & foods (& juices) drew me to this place, & I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been twice now and had two different things I wasn’t madly in love with. The juices are amazing!!! I love all the vegan options and how fresh everything is. I’m sure I’ll be back to try something else. I was disappointed with how dry the vegan meatballs were.

Stopped here on my drive while traveling from Minnesota. They aren’t fully vegan but offer plenty of vegan, gluten, and dairy free options. I have a condition called IC so along with gluten I can’t have anything soy or acidic (for example lemons/vinegar/citrus) they were able to supply a dressing and wrap option that fit my needs as well as a smoothie. I got the Gallantian wrap (quinoa wrap) dairy free, with the creamy peanut mustard dressing plus added vegan meatballs. What I thought was exceptionally neat was the vegan meatballs are soy/wheat free. If you ever eat plant based meat substitutes you know this is a rare find to come across. There are plenty of animal based foods here for your non vegan partner, friend, or family member. My boyfriend got a yogurt granola bowl. They also make almost everything from scratch (dressings, granola, etc.)
