1 veganes leckeres Gericht

Es gibt ein veganes Gericht auf der Karte. Quinoa mit gebratenem Tofu und Grillgemüse. Draußen sitzt man nett im Hof mit eigenem Parkplatz und Spielplatz. Innen ist es etwas altbacken vom Interieur. Ich würde mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn sie auch mal ein anderes veganes Gericht anbieten würden zum Beispiel auf der Tageskarte.
Aus Überzeugung wird das nicht angeboten, glaube nur, weil die Pächter vorher viele vegane Gerichte hatten.

Tolles Essen, liebe Menschen, schöne Atmosphäre

Die liebe Familie die das Restaurant betreiben bieten viele traditionelle Gerichte aus der slowakischen Heimat die entweder Vegetarisch so d oder man die vegetarisch umbauen kann.

Pros: Viele vegane vegetarische Gerichte, , Traditionelle Gerichte neu erfunden , Flexibel bei alle Gerichte

Sie haben genau 1 veganes Gericht, das ist allerdings lecker, Quinoa mit gebratenem Tofu und Grillgemüse

Immer lecker

Die Karte wir alle paar Monate geändert. So hat man immer eine neue vegane Option. Die Gerichte sind immer lecker.

Great vegan options

Wingertsknorze is a wine tavern where they also serve proper food. It is quite rare to find this kind of place with real vegan options. So I was positively surprised that they had two vegan main dishes. One was a savoury pancake filled with vegetables, and the other one a roulade made of savoy cabbage stuffed with a puree of red lentils and accompanied with sweet potato mash. Both options come with a salad. I had the roulade and loved every bite of it. It was very tasty and well-seasoned. The only “negative” thing I could say is that portions are not very big (and more options/a vegan dessert would be nice, too...). The price was 13,90 € which I think is reasonable considering the quality of the food and that they obviously don’t use any convenience products.
They have a nice outdoor seating-area and staff is very friendly and efficient. They provide a car park in the backyard.
