Great selection for a large chain store

Lots of vegan products, including house made salads, sandwiches, entrees, and sushi. Big place, so can be hard to find things, but there is a large vegan section in the middle-back of the store. Expansive parking in the downtown area. Since there are nearly zero vegan sit-down options in Auburn, there is nice park by the river (across the street from the store) to eat a recently purchased meal!
