Nice little restaurant - Edit
This is a cozy small place close to the center. There were quite a lot of people although I was there on a working day, so it might be a good idea to reserve a table in advance. There is a little but good menu. I had the tortilla and I liked it. The place also has a positive attitude towards the environment and is very nicely decorated.

the only one vegan restaurant in opole - Edit
we were happy to find at least one place in opole to eat proper vegan dinner in plant based place. the food is nice (I really recommend the fried cheese). the drinks were awful, really could not finish them (coffee shake and cherry&cucumber juice). the interior is really cute and welcoming.

znacie to uczucie gdy po zjedzeniu obiadu jesteście najedzeni, ciało ma energię, a na duszy robi się jakoś lżej, nie boli was brzuch, ani nie czujecie się ociężali? z takim uczuciem wychodzi się po posiłku z wegeneracji! wszystkie potrawy są dobrze przyprawione, pełne kolorowych roślin, absolutnie można próbować wszystkich dań w ciemno. w lokalu panuje miła atmosfera, jest wiele roślin, idealne oświetlenie, żeby chwilę odpocząć, z głośników lecą przyjemne kawałki. bardzo podobało mi się tempo, które udziela się przy jedzeniu. jeżeli jesteście nerwusami i denerwuje was czekanie na jedzenie, przy dużym obłożeniu, dłuższe niż 15 min, spróbujcie zjeśc w wegeneracji. poczujecie natychmiastowe kożyści z nieśpiesznego delektowania się roślinną kuchnią! duży plus za samoobsługę jeżeli chodzi o sztućce i zwrot naczyń 🌱

A nice all-vegan restaurant - Edit
I've been in Wegeneracja this weekend and I enjoyed the food as well as overall chillout atmosphere in the place. I ordered a vegan schnitzel (a plant based answer to traditional polish pork schnitzel) and it was the best one I've had so far, compared to other restaurants in which I've tried this dish before. The plating was pretty basic but all the ingredients/decorations tasted good and had a reason to be on the plate, which is always a good thing. I've also tried a tiny bit of "Turkish plate" dish, which was a kebab with fries and a slaw, and it was just as good as the schnitzel. Overall a great place for a first vegan dinner in Opole - you definitely won't be disappointed. Hope to get back some day and try the burgers that also looked very interesting from looking at the descriptions.

It’s pretty rare that I don’t give a 5-star result to a 100% vegan restaurant. That being said, it’s hard to give 5-stars when you come to a place at 14:00 on a Saturday afternoon and more than half of the menu is unavailable. By the time we left, people were coming the menu was only about 25% available; everything was sold out. That being said, the food we had was delicious.
Read moreThe people working there are very nice, but over-worked. Drinks came very unevenly, with one of our friends having to wait more than 20-minutes for her juice. But the juice was good when she got it.
Overall, nice place, friendly service, delicious food…just a few things to work out.
