Also has a deli, a prepared foods department with dozens of hot and cold entrees, made-to-order sandwiches, and a salad bar, as well as an oatmeal bar and other breakfast specialties every morning. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-8:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

Good for produce - Edit
lots of selections of produce and bulk at this co-op, i occasionally come here to grab a quick bite during my lunch break. i wouldn't recommend making this your only source for food, but if you're nearby and in a pinch then it's a decent choice, there is also a health/beauty store next door.
Pros: fresh produce, bulk section, good frozen choices
Cons: not very large, not a lot of specialty outside of frozen, a little pricey

A kind gentleman assisted me pick the most humane cheese out there before I decided to go 100% vegan. He went out of his way to do so.
