I had a sandwich from which they took out the mortattella and added avocado instead, it was tasty!

Nothing is clearly labeled but we managed to get some of the salads modified to be vegan, but they were nothing to write home about. Kind of disappointing but it was fresh.

Nice relaxing atmosphere - Edit
Found this place on Happy Cow and was not disappointed. I told the friendly staff member I was vegan and she was very helpful in pointing out my options, as it said pepperoni on one option but she assured me that it was a vegetable, it turned out to be sweet pepper. I had a freshly made pizza with various veggies but no vegan cheese. The chips are vegan too, fried in peanut oil. The also did soya milk, we went back the day after and had a very lovely frappe chino made with soya milk. Prices are mid range, staff very friendly, nice atmosphere. Would go again.

All of the pasta is vegan, and the sauces (minus the Bolognese).

Couldn't see any vegan items on the menu but asked and after a bit of explaining they were happy to make me a salad sandwich. With limited vegan options in Pompei, I was happy with my breakfast here.
