They have veg options but I prefer C Casa in the food court. The south Asian food here is pretty mediocre.

Food court venue with lots of vegan - Edit
This is not a destination restaurant by any means, but at least at the time I was in the Emeryville Public Market, it was the only restaurant with more than one dedicated vegan option. The whole market seemed pretty depressed because of COVID, with a number of empty stalls. Wazwan's food is already prepared and displayed behind the counter so you can look before choosing. They had six vegan entrees, all pretty standard Indian fare, although it looks like the majority of their menu is not veg. We tried a 3 item plate so that we could sample several dishes, and they were all very tasty, and better than expected for a food court, but not quite as flavorful as you would get in a dedicated restaurant. The plates come with rice and a small salad, the serving sizes are generous, and the prices very reasonable.
