Good, a little uneven - Edit
I got to try this soft serve when the truck was set up at an event in the Boston Commons. The portions were huge! I had to ask them to go easy, which they did. I tried the « blueberry cheesecake » swirl and it was a little uneven. The cheesecake flavor was really nice but the blueberry was a little overpowering and not as good as the cheesecake. The soft serve was super light and not too filling which I appreciated, as sometimes I find vegan ice cream really heavy. Not sure what the base is, but it was fat free so probably not nut-based. Anyway I enjoyed it and would have it again but might not go out of my way for it. I appreciated the option!
