Stop here for breakfast

Food items can be made vegan- try the mozz panini but sub with cashew cheese! Good coffee, friendly and helpful service. Sit down and eat in the cafe after ordering at the counter or take it to-go. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for breakfast or lunch. Order ahead of time online then pickup to avoid the line.

Pros: Helpful staff , Tasty options, clearly labeled

Good coffee

Went for breakfast. Very nice coffee, non-dairy milk options for an upcharge. The vegan cashew spread was super gritty/chunky and didn't really taste like anything so I personally wasn't a fan but my partner didn't hate it...just in case anyone's looking for a vegan "cream cheese" this isn't it. We also got the avocado toast sandwich (comes with cashew spread but if you don't like overly mushy things could probably be left off). They had some prepackaged vegan baked goods, too. We really liked the atmosphere and the coffee so it was still worth it! And it seems like they have some decent vegan lunch options so that's a plus!

Pros: Nice atmosphere/plenty of seating, Good coffee

Cons: Cashew spread is not a cream cheese sub, No vegan butter option

Verdict: this place slaps

I had a Motz sandwich and upgraded to a cashew spread instead of mozzarella cheese. Along with the cashew spread it had pesto, a balsamic drizzle, spinach and tomato on a pressed ciabatta bread. Then I sat down and listened to nice mellow music while I people watched.

Pros: Smoothie bar/ nice ambiance , Lots of vegan/ vegetarian options , Can change menu items to accommodate diet

Cons: Expensive

Great Choices

Nice deli with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We enjoyed the veggie wrap with hummus and the black bean burger. Great, fresh iced tea and coffee.

Great beach cafe

Such a cute spot. We had the tree hugger breakfast sandwich, they have vegan cream cheese. Added avocado as well and it was delicious. They have multiple non dairy milks for coffee, including oat. They have a nice area for outdoor seating.

Best coffee and vegan options in town

Very friendly service and great system online ordering. Lots of vegan choices. Veggie bagels can be made vegan with cashew cream cheese. Very fresh fruit cups. So yummy. The coffee has wonderful aroma and is expertly made. Lots of vegan mylk choices. Great iced matcha latte and tasty Om CBD infused sparkling grape drink. Happy to go here every day during my stay and have it all again.

Something for everyone!

Stopped here on our trip to the Outer Banks, and we enjoyed lunch here. It’s a coffee shop, small market, deli and bar all in one, with plenty of comfortable seating and little games to play. They had a veggie sandwich that was good that my mom got, and I got the vegan chickpea bean burger on a pretzel roll that was really good! The bun is vegan, but the sauce they put on it isnt, so the cashier told me to get without it! Also able to add chips or a piece of fruit to your order which is nice. There’s bagels and stuff too for breakfast, and even PB&J which is always a good option.
