Watr is a gorgeous, vibey rooftop restaurant at the 1 Hotel Miami Beach, with amazing ocean views and people-watching. It’s very trendy and made me feel entirely too old to be there 🤣
Read moreHOWEVER. The in-person menu has a few marked vegan options, and if you find yourself here as part of an omni group, you will not go hungry. We started off strong with the chili edamame. The Hotpot Fried Rice entree is vegan by default and it is SO GOOD. It’s a large serving (plenty for two people), and it was SO yummy with a deep umami flavor from the mushrooms. ADDICTIVE. I was so full and so satisfied 🙌🏼
They also have a chili tofu appetizer that is marked vegan and looked good!

Brussels Okonomiyaki was unreal… so so good. Asparagus sushi was fresh & tasty! Great ambience and view!
