I enjoyed it’

The tofu scramble definitely could have had more flavour but it wasn’t bad!

They also had oat milk and a vegan bowl available.

Not impressed

We ordered both the vegan burger and the vegan wrap, and both were quite bland. The lemon-tahini sauce was almost flavorless, as were the veggies. The burger patty was pretty good, but didn't make up for the rest of it. Green apples as the only side, which was also disappointing. I would skip this one if you have other options, but it works in a pinch.

Pros: Yummy seasonal cider

Cons: Bland food, Few options, No vegan desserts

Nice view

The vegan options were limited. I had the vegan burger. The bun tasted freshly made and was very good. Beautiful location overlooking a stream.

Wait for Food

I worked in this town for years and have been here several times. Most recently we went here after a hike. We ordered several vegan options. It's a popular town and the place was packed, so we had to order to go. We walked through the Waterwheel museum while we waited, the kids played outside, and we went into a local store, then we went back in this restaurant and waited some more for the food to be done. It was Alright. Not spectacular. My husband will always compare food out to the meals I prepare at home which is often a good gauge as to whether it's edible or not. While it is edible, it wasn't worth the wait or the money. One of our kids didn't even like hers and only ate the chips it came with. I would give it more stars than the other reviewers because they did have multiple vegan options and it wasn't terrible, but it was nice to try something different. The dirty chai was good, but almost all ice! $6 for a 12oz cup was outrageous.
This is a very popular town, very touristy. Expect to wait for Food here whether you're vegan or not.

Pros: Multiple vegan options , Has a museum to tour for free

Cons: Expensive , Loooooong wait, Food was just ok

Only as a last resort

This place is very popular with local omnivores. It's quaint and apparently they enjoy the food. We've tried it twice and have found the vegan offerings to be way subpar. For instance, the vegan burgers that we were served fell apart into a pile of mush - the kind of thing that Gordon Ramsay would pull apart while saying, "Bloody Hell!" If you have time, the short ride over to Port Jervis NY will reward you with a wonderful vegan experience that will eclipse what you can find here.

Pros: It's quaint and popular

Cons: The vegan selections are terrible

Bland

There are a couple vegan items on the menu. I had the Vegetable Don which is vegan and gf if you get it without the fish sauce.

Only problem is, they don't use any substitute sauce. So it's just rice and veggies and the added fried tofu for $3.

Based on how bland it is I'm not sure I'd even go back and try their regular vegan items (which aren't gf).

Generous portion for the price point.
