Creative dishes for vegans - Edit
You often only find boring standard dishes as vegan options in pubs. Not so at the Waterfront. I tried the glazed aubergine with rice, the stuffed pumpkin and the vegan breakfast and found all three dishes fantastic and creative.

Had an amazing olive, red pepper and tomato linguine with rocket and can be made vegan without the parmesan. Was such a full flavoured dish, topped with beautiful sea views.
