Bad service, good food - Edit
So we waited about 40 minutes for our breakfast (which became brunch!) Once the food did arrive, it was a very nice breakfast. The vegan croissant was good and so was the açai bowl.

HC Reviews led me here. It’s okay, a bit weird with the laundrette in the middle of the restaurant. Very warm in there. I got the large vegan brunch with the bread, avo, hummus, falafels, croissant (they confirmed that it’s vegan), and the yoghurt fruit bowl with peanut butter. Sounds like a lot of food, but not as big as you’d think. Quality of food was okay, nothing special. Not cheap, but not too expensive. Service okay, but not that attentive. Nice ambience. Would probably go somewhere else next time, but a reasonable option.

The bagel was delicious. I enjoyed my stay and would eat here again. You can choose whether you want it to be served with salad or soup. The restaurant is divided into two smaller spaces. Between those spaces are the washing machines. You can enter the restaurant from two sides.

Absolutely delicious food - I had the vegan bagel burger and the falafel were perfect, the tzatziki wss nice and garlicy - just amazing! Every category has at least one vegan option.

I had the Viva las Vegan bagel burger. I didn’t expect much considering it’s just falafel, hummus, and veggies, but it was surprisingly nice. The waffle fries were good too, but they could be a bit more crispy. They have a student discount for the bagel burgers!

I tried the avocado vegan bagel and the bread was delicious and fresh, the content was also tasty. It seems that they were a little short-staffed when I ordered so I waited a little but nothing dramatic.

Don’t expect fast service - Edit
Wasbar clearly need more staff as we were sat for 20 mins without anybody talking to us. It’s a prime example of technology gone wrong, they are trying to automate service and yet it does not work. The QR code takes you to a menu you cannot order from and then you end up having to go to the counter to order with large queue.

Food was not warm and overcooked, we ordered normal potato and got sweet potato, overall poor experience.

The concept is that you can do your laundry and eat and drink something while you wait (but you can also just come for coffee/food without laundry).
Read moreWe did our laundry and used the time for some uni stuff while enjoying our coffee and bagel burger 🥯 It was really good and there is a student offer where you get a bagel burger with fries for 10€ instead of 14,50€. Banana cake was a little too sweet for me but still good.
