All-you-can-eat fun! - Edit
Love the all you can eat sushi. It's a great time. Lots of vegan appetizers and side dishes like broccoli, gyoza, and vegetable tempura (which the waiter said was vegan). Unfortunately there are rather few special vegetable rolls, though the ones they do have are pretty great. They have hand rolls too which is fun.

Ummm All you can eat 🤤 - Edit
This has been my second time here and yes! Yumm and filling. Heard it’s a bit pricy but for what you’re getting, totally worth it if you crave sushi.
Read moreThey have a few vegan options. Just let your waiter or waitress know about doing the vegan options, they will help you out if you want something else. Had the veggie noodles, was really good. Sorry no picture.
My favorite roll in the sweet potato roll. Perfect amount of crunch since it’s fried. They have a few other options like avocado and peanuts, avocado, asparagus, and another I can’t remember.
Also note, one of the waiters happen to notice I got Saratoga seltzer water sprayed all over my face and eyes. Got all over the table and they rushed to get me paper towels to help clean and get out of my eyes since I was opening the bottle for someone at my table. I appreciate it a ton because that burned my eyes.

Favorite all-you-can-eat sushi in town. - Edit
In terms of verifiably vegan options, this place reigns supreme compared to other all-you-can-eat sushi places like Sushi X. In addition to avocado, sweet potato, asparagus, cucumber, and peanut options, they have two large special rolls that are vegan: Veggie Heaven and the Veggie Dragon. It’s totally free on your birthday, too.
