An all-vegan street food stall in lively Leather Lane Market in Central London selling made-in-house organic tempeh in two freshly cooked dishes (which change regularly). The friendly owner, Will, makes his own organic tempeh and cooks it there in the stall in the early mornings. Because his tempeh takes three days to make, the stall is only open on Thursday and Friday lunch time. It's very popular so you may need to wait 10 minutes or so but service is fast and efficient. Open Thu-Fri 12:00pm-2:30pm. Sometimes sells out before 2:30 pm, so best to be there before 2:00 pm.
