Cheap and yummy - Edit
You order rice as a basic and then you have many vegetable choices. The said, there is no animal stuff inside.

This place got great reviews on other rating websites. Plus, with the Happy Cow reviews, we thought we'd try it.
Read moreIt's a small place and the only other diners were local. The food is a buffet style layout, but behind some glass. So the staff have to dish it out for you. You just point at what you want.
Hardly any English spoken. Which is always a concern, when specifying diet needs. We established that there was a space for the buffet items, that were vegetarian. But beyond that, we didn't really know what we were getting. Wouldn't know which options might have egg or fish sauce in it, etc.
Most of the food was cold. So always a concern in that regard.
Otherwise, it's a cheap eat (about 12k - 15k per plate). Some of the food is spicy.
Overall, nothing special and was expecting better.

So many options, lots of veggies but also jackfruit(nangka) tempe tofu, good food, super cheap. I believe they speak English

Ladies are very friendly. I had a marinated tofu dish which was my favorite. Look out for the morning glory greens. They had one jackfruit curry which was vegetarian. They have some spicy options. Ask for the sambal!
