Warung Bintang, the place that doesn't forget its guests. We had dinner there two nights in a row and everyone welcomed us back. The whole team remembered us from the night before even up to dietary restrictions.
Read moreThe food was local Balinese and very good. The sambal they put on the side, so you had the option of putting it on your meal or not.
The little gekko's that run around the place are very cute and don't bother you at all.

We stopped in and shared the Gado Gado & the Curried Vegetables with Rice, that both had amazing flavour, while enjoying the geckos crawling around the ceiling fans and watching the rice farmers in the adjacent field before the lush mountainous background. The staff and owners have good vibrations and were a pleasure to interact with 🩷

Definitely recommend if you’re in Candidasa. The most lovely staff and owner. Vego options well marked on menu and the Indonesian food was all really good.
