One vegan option - but man is it good! - Edit
Went out for the cherry blossom fest and found this restaurant with a way shorter wait time then across the street. While there is only one vegan main (they did have edamame and peppers as an appetizer) it was some of the best ramen I've ever had. Spicy impossible meat, super creamy broth, and lots of cilantro and green onion. I would go back again since it was so tasty.

Best ramen I've ever had, vegan or otherwise - Edit
This place is awesome. Got the impossible ramen and it was better than any ramen I've ever had. I obviously subbed out the egg and subbed in some more mushrooms. Lots of customization options.

Not many vegan options, but importantly what they did offer was tasty! The Impossible meat tan tan men was delish! Absolutely agree with the past 2 reviews. Service was courteous, attentive, fast. They servers also kept the place very clean.

Great service, solid Ramen - Edit
Really enjoyed the service here. Very quick and courteous staff. Served my drink in a glass with ice and food was served promptly. I ate outside, which was great. Got the impossible Ramen sans egg. Very creamy and tasty but probably not the healthiest. Nonetheless it tasted great and filled me up despite looking like a somewhat small portion. Recommend you check it out!
