Ok in a pinch - Edit
Because of a late arrival the bistro was the only restaurant open late enough for dinner. I was surprised that there was no tofu listed on the menu but Asian cuisine is fairly easy to cobble together a vegan meal. I ordered several things and the food was okay but not of a quality that I am used to. Of course living in California I am spoiled. And I kicked myself because I mentioned the fact there was no tofu on the menu to the server and he said "oh yes we serve tofu you just have to ask for it". The portions were good however and everything was reasonably priced so if you're in this neck of the woods I would not stay away if you would like an Asian meal.

Good for a light lunch - Edit
They don't have many options for vegans but the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Be sure to tell them you are vegan and they will accommodate you. I ordered the tempura vegetables and the sweet potato roll. The waitress, unprompted, asked me if I wanted the eel sauce removed and even made sure with the chef that the tempura sauce was vegan. They also offer edemame, veggie rolls and spring rolls that are vegan. They do mainly serve sushi and non-vegan items but it's definitely one of the best places in Frankenmuth to get lunch with a friend.
