Wang Jiao Veg - Edit

Prior to being vegan, I've always seen the egg as the ingredient that brings a hor fun dish together. This stall demonstrates that it is possible to whip up a yummy plate of hor fun without eggs. For lunch today I lost the eggs (and its associated industry cruelty) and gained more wholesome ingredients like more veggies, tofu skin and mushrooms in my hor fun. The ingredients do taste pretty fresh and I like that the gravy of the hor fun is not too salty. Will come back to try the other local fares they offer like bee hoon and fried rice.
