Walton Way Deli

This is not a good vegetarian spot. All their soups have animal products. The salads are uninspired and the sandwiches without meat (grilled cheese) are made half-heartedly.
I asked for a "Ruben" without meat, from a wiped grill and the cheese wasn't even melted!
Won't return.

Walton Way Deli now has a 100% vegan burger. Made with oats, beans, onions and special spices and flavorings. It look like a real hamburger too and has a nice texture. They have been working hard to come up with their recipe and have really out done themselves. They are a really good size to boastinga large quarter pounder size unlike most burgers that are only 2.5 ounces. Come try it they have several flavors to choose from: BBQ, Jerk, Cajun, Asian, Curry and Ranch or just plain is just fine too.

I was disappointed when I found out that their veggie burgers that everyone was telling me were so delicious contained eggs. Also, my room mated ordered a Gyro and could barely finish it because it was so greasy. Because all their salads either have meat or cheese in them and not many other options, I probably won't be going back there again unless they add some vegan options.

Walton Way Deli has 6 different flavors of Veggie Burgers on their menu: Plain, Curry, Ranch, Cajun, Jerk and Asian flavors. The burgers are nice and thick and moist and are very large portions. Some flavors come with a side of cranberry dipping sauce that is excellent. If you call ahead you can order several individual patties to take home and keep in the freezer.
