Perfect end to a day at Epcot - Edit
Shiki-Sai is inside Epcot, so you need to have purchased a ticket and already be in the park to eat here. Food is great, staff are knowledgelable about vegan and allergy-friendly options, and at night, you can see the fireworks through the windows or from out on the balcony! The decor is classy, and it's a nice place to wind down after the craziness of walking around a theme park.
Read moreI've been to Epcot many times over the years, but had never been to this restaurant until this year. It's a sushi place, and the menu is mostly fish, so I had never dared to try it. However, the vegan and gluten-free items they have are outstanding! I got:
Yuzu lemonade w/ blue pea (a stunningly pretty, nonalcoholic drink that's yellow and blue)
Edamame
Sushi: avocado, cucumber, daikon radish
Agedashi tofu (vegan option = no fish flakes)
They also had veggie kabobs/skewers called Kushi, which looked amazing and were also vegan + gluten-free, but I was too full and didn't try them. If you are just veg but not gluten-free, they also have some noodle options.
Pros: Delicious vegetable sushi (vegan and GF), Amazing decor , Great place to view the fireworks!
Cons: Expensive (but worth it), Not organic as far as I know
